The FARAHs was founded in January 2019 as an independent Multidisciplinary Research Society with the status of a private organization to promote high-quality educational research and development activities in the social sciences, arts, and humanities, with a focus on applied research to aid policymakers and other stakeholders. The founder of FARAHs decided to use scholars, researchers, academicians, and organizations at national and worldwide organizations/institutions to advertise high-quality research findings.
The FARAHs society's main goal is to disseminate high-quality multi- and inter-disciplinary educational research by establishing/publishing international research journals, archiving data from publications, and holding seminars, forums, and conferences to achieve excellence in research and development. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, a publishing organization of international reputation was desperately needed to conduct multidisciplinary research for sustainable development with the participation and assistance of national and international academicians and researchers. As a result, researchers, and academicians from a variety of universities, research institutions, and relevant enterprises proposed the term "Fast & Advanced Research in Academia for Human Sustainability" as the society's name (FARAHs).
On an honorary/volunteer basis, the FARAHs operates with the support and assistance of prominent academics, researchers, and scholars from many universities and research organizations. Since its inception in 2021, the Society has decided to accelerate research activities with the collaboration of FARAHs and has begun many research activities together, including the establishment of a research journal called Global Journal of Humanities and Social Science Research (GJHSSR) and the organization of international conferences, seminars, and workshops at local and international levels. Under the guidance of the Society’s President/Advisors/Fellows, the FARAHs rigorously follows the recommendations and guidelines of members of research & academic advisory boards, as well as research fellows/associates/experts at the national and international levels.

The mission of the FARAHs society is to promote, conduct, mobilize, and publish collaborative Multi and Interdisciplinary quality research and knowledge, as well as to provide consultancy and training services that will help in the development of sustainable development policies and practices at the local, national, and international levels, in order to achieve the society's vision.
